Busy morning

So far it's been a pretty busy morning with Trent. He got up around 8am, which was nice. :) Mommy got a little extra sleep this morning. I fed him home-made apple sauce for breakfast and Cheerios (for the 1st time). When I went to his 9-month appt on Thursday, his doc said he can have Cheerios, so I figured I can start him on that. At first, when I put one in his mouth, he didn't know what to do with it. Then I put a second one in his mouth after a while, and saw the first one was still 'soaking' in his mouth. But after the 3rd one he got a hang of it. I think he ate 8-9, and I had a few too. lolHe loves his highchair, loves being at adults' level.

are these toys or food?

Yes, one ended up on his chin and didn't seem to bother him. lol

Then I decided to give the Johnny Jump'up another try...but was not successful. He doesn't seem to really like it. After a while he started getting fussy and had to take him out.
Well hope everyone's having a great weekend. It's beautiful outside, I hope I'm able to get out there and enjoy it!
