Backpack baby

So this weekend I was going thru a lot of my stuff & getting rid of some things & one of those was my old backpack from ehem... college. So I cleaned it out & my sister put Trent in it. Can't believe he fits in it. LOL

9-month photo shoot

We finally got 9-month pictures done yesterday. They came out pretty good. Trent wasn't happy in the beginning, so after a diaper change and a full bottle, he was a much happier.

Hope everyone's having a great weekend. I'm between quarters for grad school, it's nice not have any homework/test/reading to do. :)

Trent loves to get up to the TV and touch the screen...

If he's up in the morning when I'm getting ready, I take him in the bathroom with me and shut the door (at least I know where he is and what he's doing, lol). He's getting so tall.

Next thing I know he's crawling into the shower, but I wasn't quick enough to take a picture, so here he is crawling out...lol

and looking at me..."why are you taking a picture of me?"

Here's what I found on Sunday morning,, so precious!

Trent's always LOVED bathroom...his new thing is to drop his bath toy on the floor and say 'oh-uh' lol

Daddy will be proud.. he's finally playing with Simpson's 'doll' lol

Somewhere between all that activity, I got a chance to make him some good, home-made baby food, I made him a banana/apple puree and sweet potatoes.

Helping mommy dust. ha!

Helping mommy unload the dishwasher. For some reason he's fascinated by it.. every time I open it, he crawls up to it and stands up.

Playing with his new walker..upside down. next step is to turn it and use it properly.

Is it Halloween already?

My sister and I went shopping this past weekend, some for me and some for Tbob. I had to get Trent a couple of warmer outfits, some pants, and long sleeve shirts. I couldn't believe they have Halloween stuff out already...so you know I had to get Trent a couple of things. ha! Still haven't gotten his costume, but there are a few options I'm thinking about...hmm..

Here's what we ended up with. lol After his bath, I put this glow in the dark outfit on.

and wouldn't you know it, after his bottle when we tried to put him down, it was glowing in the dark and he couldn't go to sleep. My sister told me after she put him down in his crib, he kept turning his head because the glow in the dark skeletons were in his face. lol so we had to change him into a regular onsie and he went right to sleep. :)

terrible traffic tues

it's official. today's horrible traffic proved it. I left 10 mins early today, & got to work later what the heck? lol it's a good thing I have my little buddy to keep me company, eventhough he sleeps most of the way.

bath time

Ever since Trent has been old enough, he's LOVED bath time. tonight he made the biggest splashes & soaked the entire kitchen floor, he'd splash, then laugh really hard, then start all over again. it was too cute. I'd have taken a video but couldn't leave him by himself. After that active bath, he was ready to go to sleep.:) goodnight.
