Last week we went to Fun Fetal Fotos in Hampton and got another 3-D sonogram done. So fun! It was great to see Trent again, and this time we saw a lot more definition and details, his little hands and mouth and nose. Can't wait to meet him in 7 short weeks! :)

Where did week 32 go?
wow! I just realized I'm 33 weeks and 1 day! what the heck? lol I must have missed that somewhere between packing and moving and unpacking. All is well with us, we finished our move this past weekend and we're all settled into our house in Waldorf, MD. I started my new job on Monday and so far so good. Will write more later and try to post some belly pictures (it's getting out of control) lol

Sleep!
Last night for the first night in months, I slept thru the entire night! It was AMAZING! I woke up with the alarm and didn't feel tired.... I wonder why. Maybe I was so tired, I never turned so I didn't wake up. Usually I wake up thru the night when I'm turning from one side to the other, or when John has taken all the covers except one square inch. lol
Well, I'm looking forward to the weekend, we're FINALLY moving our stuff back to MD. We're picking up the truck tomorrow morning and loadin' it up! Hopefully the weather will hold up, it's supposed to rain the ENTIRE weekend! whooo hoo! It's a good thing I'm prego, I mean, it's too bad I can't help. lol Couple of John's buddies from the ship are helping us, so it should go pretty quickly.
As I'm typing, Trent's kicking away, it's pretty cool. When I put my hands down on my tummy, he kicks back. I wonder if he knows that's mommy's hands. :)
I'll take pictures of our move this weekend (well, I'll try), at least after everything is out of the house.

Baby Update!

He's approximately length 16 to 18 inches, weight 4 to 5 pounds, which is equivalent to 4 oranges!
He is beginning to develop his own immunity to mild infections. If he were born now, he could survive outside the womb and resist some disease.
His appearance is similar to that at birth, but he will fill out more in the next few weeks.
He may be positioning for birth with his head turned down toward the pelvis, so let's hope he's getting 'into the right position'! He can turn his head from side to side, and his arms, legs, and body are beginning to plump out as needed fat accumulates underneath his skin. He's definitely moving a lot, too!

Long Busy weekend!
Last weekend was a busy one!!! I finally started packing on Saturday for our move back to MD. I packed most of the bathroom stuff, most of my clothes (minus whatever I can survive off of for the next 2 weeks), packed most of the kitchen and the study. Since we both had Monday off, we were planning on driving up to MD on Sunday to drop off one load of boxes and do the furniture next weekend. But late Saturday afternoon, we found out John has to go to work on Sunday. So plan B is to pack everything this week and just do one final move with all the boxes, and all the furniture this weekend, I just hope he doesn't have to work on Saturday or Sunday Argh! I can't believe we're moving back to our house already. I'm excited to move back to MD. To our house, so we can paint Trent's room and get all of our stuff situated. It'll be fun.
I can't believe I'm already 31 weeks along! wow! Only 9 more weeks to go! wow! My friend, Christi, who was due a day before me, had her son yesterday. Baby Micheal Jr. weight 2 pds, 9 oz and baby and mama are both doing good :) She had been having high blood pressure the last few weeks, then on Monday she texted me and said they're at the hospital and she's going to deliver in the next 48 hours. At first I was really worried but everything went smoothly yesterday and I'm glad she and the baby are both healthy.
Will post some belly pictures when we get a chance, it'll probably be after the move! Have a great Thursday everyone!!!

30 Weeks down, 10 to go!!!
Hard to believe we're so far along, only 10 short weeks till we meet our little guy. He's about 15.7 inches long now, and weighs almost 3 pounds. Which makes him the size of a Cabbage (yuck)!

I definitely have been feeling like I'm getting 'bigger', it's funny because I don't feel huge till John takes a picture and I look at it. Wow! I have a huge belly. lol This week his eyesight continues to develop, though it's not very keen; even after he's born, he'll keep his eyes closed for a good part of the day. When he does open them, he'll respond to changes in light but will have 20/400 vision — which means he can only make out objects a few inches from his face.

Due to popular demand!
In the past few months, I've been having issues with my computer, my less than 2 year old HP's wireless adapter is burnt, so I can't get online! argh, it's so frustrating. So I've been using John's computer for the past few months. Anyway, so I finally got some belly pictures to put up. :)

Rock the Red!!!

Tonight is Capitals first game of the season vs. Boston Bruins!!!! Can't wait to see our fav player kick some ass!
#8 Alex Ovechkin!!

Week 29!
This week, baby’s energy is surging, thanks to the formation of white fat deposits beneath the skin. Baby is also settling into sleep and waking cycles, though -- they don’t necessarily coincide with my own. Also this month, all five senses are finally functional, and the brain and nervous system are going through major developments.
