Busy Busy Busy!

It's been a while since I've blogged, but now I have lots of pictures to post...specially since that seems to be the only thing most of my friends & family care about anyway... lol Pictures of our little man! These are from this past weekend. I had him on the couch with me and I just kept snapping away... there are some pretty funny pictures in there. Enjoy!

I started the 4th quarter of my EMBA program today, 3 down , 5 to go! Can't wait till graduation in summer of 2011, hopefully it'll be here before I know it. This past week, eventhough I didn't have any hw/tests, we were still busy. I thought I was going to have all this 'extra' time, but nope!!! John's dad will be visiting us this weekend, Trent's getting ready for his grandpa's visit. We're excited to see him.

Becoming a Talker...Already???

I realize I haven't updated the blog for oh almost 2 weeks but I have good reason. 1. Trent keeps us busy after work & on the weekends 2. School: I have had finals last week and this week, so I've been trying to study in whatever 'free' time I have 3. Home renovations: We're slowly trying to make little cosmetic improvements in the house (i.e. painting the living room, etc). So the little time we have left, we try to enjoy it with Mr. Trent. I wanted to update the blog with a few new happenings in Trent's life, also. Just in the past few days he's started making little sounds. He tries to immitate whatever sounds I or John make. It's like we're having our own little conversation. It might not be much, but it's pretty exciting. I've been playing Baby Einstein CDs for him and he likes to listen to those and sometimes falls sleep to them. He's in size 3 diapers (16 lbs to 26 lbs). That's right, our little boy is 16 lbs. The size 2's were barely fitting him anymore so we had to switch it up.
My last final is on Wednesday, so I'm going to 'try' to update the blog with some new pictures. The good news is, we've been taking pictures of him almost everyday, so at least we're able to capture his rapid growth. Now I just have to find the time after work to get on the computer and update the blog. I really don't know how some of my blogger friends find the time to blog everyday. That takes serious commitment, which I obviously do not have. :)

A few nights ago, it was time for Trent's bath, so I brought him down and undressed him. Then I noticed John had fallen sleep on the couch and Trent was just SO sleepy, so I just laid him on John's chest. So cute!

Bumbo!

My friend Christi, who's son, Michael is just a couple months older than Trent has the Bumbo. So a few weeks ago, I ordered one for Trent and he absolutely loves it. And so do we. He just sits in there and chills, looks around, it's great!

It's been a while...

So it's been over 2 weeks since I've updated the blog, and finally tonight we got some down time, and I figured I should update it with some pictures. I got home around 7:30, we had dinner and watched 'Couple's Retreat' that just came in the mail. Now, I'm just getting into updating it with some pictures. I uploaded all the pictures from the camera and I realized I have pictures on there all the way from 2/28. So to keep things in order, I'm going to update the blog chronologically from 2/28.
