My Journey

I'm the type of person who needs to log & track things to be able to stay on track for short and long-term projects. So, since I've decided to lose this 'baby' weight, I logged back into Calorie Count today and started logging in my new goals, activity level and what I've eaten so far in the day. Now I'm not the type to count every calorie I eat, but I think it helps when I log it in, to see what I've been eating and helps me plan out my meals through out the day and week. Also, I like how you can log your activity level, even if you just walk, run or clean the house. lol Here's my weight history from the begining of 2010.


Pre-Pregnancy weight: 126.5
Current weight: 132.5
Goal: 112, or as long as I can fit back into my size 4 clothes.
